IES Celebrates 50 years of Engineering Excellence

The Institution of Engineers Singapore will be celebrating its golden jubilee in 2016. Join us as we celebrate the work of engineers and Singapore’s 50th birthday! Since Singapore’s inception in 1965, our engineers have embarked on projects that have made a difference in our lives.

What does an Engineer really do? Is it fun? Is it cool? Should I be an Engineer?

Under the name IES-SG50, we have lined up a series of initiatives running from January 2015 through to July 2016 to keep you informed and inspired by the work of engineers as we celebrate their contributions to nation building.
